Q: What is Yours 4 Rent all about?
A: Yours 4 Rent is a 'one stop' web portal to provide information on rental housing and roommates that you can easily access through the web site.
Q: Why should I use Yours 4 Rent?
A: This is an interactive site that is designed to let you control your own postings be they Properties For Rent or Roommates.
REGISTERED USER
Q: Is there a cost to be a Registered User?
A: There is no cost to become a Registered User.
Q: What do I get when I become a Registered User?
A: You are able to post your requirements for a Roommate.
Q: Can I look for Roommates or find someone who is looking for a Roommate?
A: Yes - after you register, you can either look for a Roommate to live with you or find a place to live with someone who is looking for a Roommate.
Q: How long is my registration good for?
A: There is currently no time limit to your registration. We would like you to continue to use our services without any concern for cost.
LANDLORDS
Q: Is there a cost to register as a Landlord?
A: There may be a nominal annual charge if noted on the Registration Page.
Q: How many listings (postings) can I have?
A: There is no limit to the number of postings you are allowed.
Q: Can I make changes to my listings after they are posted?
A: Yes - this is an interactive site. Once you are registered, you manage all of your information including listings and your profile information. Make as many changes as you want as often as you want.
Q: Is if difficult to post and edit listings after I have registered?
A: No - there are detailed instructions on your Account page should you have any questions.
Q: How long does my listing remain on the site?
A: Your listing stays on the site until you deactivate it or for three months at which time you simply reactivate it if your rental property is still available.
Q. What happens if I rent my unit?
A: You can deactivate your listing and reactivate it at a later date. This means you don't have to re-enter all the information when you want to post your listing again.
ADVERTISERS
Q: Can I place an ad on Yours 4 Rent?
A: Yes - pending approval of the content, we will consider your application to place an ad on our website.
Q: Do I have to register to become an Advertiser?
A: No - you must contact us directly admin@yours4rent.com
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Q: Why can't I view all of the images?
A: Check your anti-virus program. The 'ad block' feature may be enabled which can block certain images that are embedded in the web site. Simply disable the 'ad block' feature in your anti-virus program.
